Sponsorship Opportunities
The Pilatus Owners & Pilots Association (POPA) extends an invitation to you to become a Convention Sponsor for the Annual Operations & Safety Convention in 2024. Scheduled for June 5-6 at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO, this three-day event will unite aircraft owners, pilots, and operators.
The Convention serves as a valuable platform for members to enhance their knowledge in a professional and enjoyable setting. As a sponsor, you can engage with numerous attendees, including aircraft owners, pilots, and industry influencers, in a relaxed one-on-one environment.
This year, there are three sponsorship levels available, each offering the chance to associate your brand with the event’s top-notch education and networking opportunities. Seize the chance to elevate your company's visibility through brand impressions and increased exposure.
All Sponsors Receive:
- Logo listing in marketing materials and on the conference website.
- Access to the ideal target market.
- Opportunity to align your brand with the POPA and Pilatus brands and show your support for leading educational opportunities geared to aircraft owners, pilots and operators.

Important Deadlines:
- Sponsorship registration opens at noon ET on March 1, 2024. To register and sign up as a sponsor, visit pilatusowners.org.
- Sponsors have until May 5, 2024 to select a sponsorship package. Presenting and Gold Level Sponsorships are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Sponsor logos must be received by May 5th to be included in print locations. Sponsorships or artwork received after this deadline but before May 24th will only be included in digital locations.
- Sponsorships or artwork received after May 5th forfeit the right to be included in any and all formats.
- All logos must be received in a JPG and EPS format.
